Samsung I300x
Samsung has announced a minor upgrade to its i300 smart phone, coming in the form of the SGH-i300x. The Samsung i300x now sports a 4GB internal hard drive, up from the i300's 3GB, but otherwise remains identical to its predecessor.This boost in storage capacity brings it in line with Nokia's yet to be released hard drive music handset, the N91.
