Samsung I300x

Samsung has announced a minor upgrade to its i300 smart phone, coming in the form of the SGH-i300x. The Samsung i300x now sports a 4GB internal hard drive, up from the i300's 3GB, but otherwise remains identical to its predecessor.
This boost in storage capacity brings it in line with Nokia's yet to be released hard drive music handset, the N91. While currently only available in Europe, the Samsung i300 and i300x may prove to be the only competitors to Nokia's N91, though the debate about whether a hard drive or flash memory is better in a mobile handset rages on.Phone with Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 SE Smartphone 4 GB storage (microdrive), 64 MB RAM internal memory, microSD (TransFlash) support.
